Tara strolls into the room, not knowing I'm waiting for her.

I clamp my hand over her mouth to keep her from screaming. I shove a wad of cloth into her mouth, and remove the handcuffs she had on her side.

After cuffing her, I remove the cloth and tightly cleave gag her.

I move her over to the couch to secure her ankles. Now that she's not going anywhere, I begin to have a little fun with her. I unbutton her shirt, and give her some squeezes.
