It's about 1 am on Aug 23rd and I just returned form a late night jog. Yep STILL more fart footage from the week after fetcon. I'm nocturnal, but so happy to be feeling healthy enough to start exercising 5-6 days a week again. Been eating healthy. My ass is sore. I went over the bridge twice. I believe that takes me 90 minutes in all to jog out there, over and back twice then return home. WHatever. Im stretching my sweaty body out and getting rid of all the stinky toxins in your face.
