This was a custom. I use my thumbs to press down on the center of my collar bones where there's a pretty little notch just like the last clip, but in this clip I press firmer and swallow. You can hear the sounds of me swallowing when I press just right. And there is a moment or two I press to hard and I react with a little cough. I kind of like the feeling. I think you can tell.
