You can tell from his whimpers just how sore his nuts are by this point, but of course she doesn't care, she's having way too much fun!

Finally she lets him out, only to move on to the next game. She wants to see just how far his nuts can stretch, so he makes him stand up while she attaches some weights to it. She has him swing the weights with his balls, enjoying watching them stretch even further.
