First she leads you through a few simple stretches and warm ups. You don't want to pull a muscle now do you? You'll get through a few light exercises and then it's time to get to it. She wants you to really push yourself and beat your last personal record. First will be push-ups, that's right get on the ground and give her at least 20, and if your best is more, then do at least one more than your best. Next will be burpees. You know they're tough but she wants to get you a full body workout, and don't forget if you beat your personal best you'll get to jerk to her!

So get to it bitch, follow all her instructions and make sure to push yourself so that you break a sweat. You'd do anything to impress your Goddess right? And don't forget, the ones who do a good job get to jerk for her!
