You seem confused but she says you're going to just have to get used to seeing everyone going barefoot, and you're probably going to want to avoid wearing shoes as well. She also explains how many of the students like to tickle each other's feet too, since they're always just hanging out there. In fact, she's part of a sorority, and they have a little "initiation ritual" they use on all new students. They want to make sure you play along, so if you don't start going barefoot, she explains how she and her girlfriends will haze you but wrapping you up with duct tape, removing your shoes, and one by one tickle your feet until you can't stand it!
