My wife is in various positions to stand high up on her tiptoes. She has to sit on a chair, while her feet under a chair on tiptoe so her feet are easy to access. Her feet have to be really highly arched, standing as high as possible. I tickled her helpless feet with toothbrush and with my fingers, but her stretched soles are just in the perfect position for electric toothbrush and hairbrush for more of feet.
