My younger ticklish step-sister is finally back. This time her ticklish feet are in black nylons and her toes are tied too. Now she in my mercy and totally helpless, so I can tickle her to insane. When I started to tickle her with my fingernails she starts to move feet and to bend toes but in vain. I have plenty of tools to try on her poor ticklish soles. I used my hairbrush and toothbrush to her feet, but dual scratcher is most powerful tickle tool make her crazy like us fingernails.
