Sitting on a chair in a bright room if possible.. So i can see your foot nice and clear lol.. Whilst working on your laptop Cross your legs left over right again.. With different up and down movements not constantly lifting your foot up and down so its natural.. Take a few secs inbetween lifts, U can add a bit of scrunching.. slow lifts... Some aggressive, Occasionally hold your foot up for a few secs.. Sometimes lift your foot only a tiny bit off the floor.. Etc.. Basically mix things up a bit..
