I fell down the stairs and hurt my ankle, I think I sprained it.

Caireen comes to my rescue by wrapping my ankle in a tensor bandage. Lots of close ups and toe wiggling. I try to stand up again only to fall back down.
Caireen then decides that i should put a boot cast on. Lots of close ups of her putting the boot cast on and then of my toes wiggling in the boot cast.
Ending with walking down the stairs in my boot cast.
