The Armbinder is pulled up over my arms and laced up tight until my elbows are tight together. I next gagged with a white 2 1/4" harness gag, buckled up tight until the straps dig in deeply. I lay down on the island bench in a the middle of a kitchen, and my ankles are strapped together and buckled tight. Another strap is added around my wrists, and then a final strap is run in a loop through the harness gag D ring, the strap around my wrists, and the strap around my ankles. This strap is buckled up tighter and tighter, pulling me into a very uncomfortable hogtie, where I am then left to squirm and moan into the gag.
