I start off rubbing my ears, massaging my lobes and all around them. They quickly start getting read the more I massage and play with them. I pop out my 0g plugs, briefly showing off the holes in my lobes for them before massaging them too. Once my ears have turned nice and bright red I start to pinch and bend my ears around.
