One thing that I recently noticed is that I've started to get actual stomach rolls. It's one of those things that just happened so slowly I didn't notice until I saw little lines on my stomach one day while standing in front of a mirror. I talk about my belly rolls while pinching and grabbing at all the fat on my stomach, making sure to show just how much extra is there now.
