Adult babies Binkie and Bell are left home with a new babysitter, Star, who has some mean games in mind. Babysitter Star bottle feeds Binkie and Bell and then mocks and laughs at them when they wet their diapers. When the two babies get upset, Star spanks, slaps and pulls on their hair. Then she makes the two crying babies hump their big teddy bear with wet diapers.
