Bell comes home to find her roommate Binkie wearing a diaper and pacifier! Bell is shocked and has a lot of questions for Binkie. Binkie sees that Bell is interested though and uses the opportunity to put her in a trance. Binkie then regresses, diapers and dresses Bell like an adult baby.
