Bell is a little Angel and her caregiver is a witch. Today Is Halloween and Bell's caregiver, Binkie, has work to do. Bell is being a good little and watching her caregiver work, until Binkie steps away for a moment. Bell gets into her potions and gets turned into a little devil! Caregiver Binkie returns to find her little humping a pillow and sucking on a magic stirring stick. Luckily, Binkie has an antidote already mixed in a bottle.
