Ross and Dolly both work in a barbers shop cutting men's hair for a living. They get together and have a gossip and a laugh talking about the bad jobs they have done! Dolly admits that one time a guy asked for "just an inch" and she thought he only wanted an inch of hair left so she clippered it all off!
