When a guy messes up, like Mitch has when he burned out the grinder, he has to pay and pay he does. Stripped off restrained and ready Mitch gets a sound flogging on the chest and belly with the belt. When he is atthe point of climbing around in the restraints he tuns and gets his back flogged hard for good measure. A great lesson for Mitch
