We have a new martinet and this one has longer tails. That means by the time it has been swung it has that extra zap to it with it lands across a guys back. That little extra to flick back means that Pieter gets a superb whipping and one that makes him sweat a lot. A first time for the new martinet but not for Pieter, and not the last for him either.
