Rachel grunts and twists her bound body as she sits on the floor, even though she is minimally tied the thin paracord is absolute hell for her to endure, especially on her elbows and her face tells you all you need to know about what she is experiencing. This is all new to Rachel and I'm not sure it's something she'll want to do again but for now she struggles helplessly as the paracord does it's cruel job keeping her limbs tied painfully tight.
