As any girl will tell you being tied up extremely tight can be very uncomfortable and can border on agony if the ropes are wrapped deep enough into her flesh and such is the case here with Rachel. Her shoulders are severely wrenched back, the rope around her wrists is bone crushingly tight but with all that it might be the gag which the hardest for her to endure, it's strapped brutally tight stressing her jaws and causing her face to turn red from the ball she could never push from her mouth.
