The opening scene is intensely emotional as Sarah looks into the camera that is being used to stream her ordeal to the man who is paying for all this and to see her gagged plea is gut wrenching and it's as honest and genuine as she could possible make it. She will do anything to end this but it seems that's not the plan and in fact it's going to get worse when, in an EPIC GAG SCENE, the gag is unstrapped and she's told to spit it out where she continues to beg but it does no good and the much larger ball is as deep in her mouth as physically possible!
