Drea is in serious from the way her uncle has her bound while he shoots video of his niece struggling and suffering! He roped her elbows up to a hook and the ballgag he used is simply too big for her mouth but he strapped it so tight Drea's jaws are pried brutally apart and you can tell it's causing her severe agony as she squirms in bound misery. After several scenes in this position her uncle comes over to re-tie his niece and mercifully he starts with her crushed elbows which when finally untied gives Drea some much needed relief...but that relief is VERY short lived!
