Being tied cruelly tight can be painful, sometimes in the extreme and by the way Rachel is groaning it seems she is enduring the latter, the rope is deep in her arms and to make it worse she has no idea why this is happening. After several hot opening scenes her apparent captor comes over and produces a terrifying looking device, a shiny red ball attached to a strap and when he kneels behind Rachel she knows what's about to happen and despite her efforts she is brutally gagged deep and tight!
