Rachel is squirming on top of the table she is tied on but the crux of her predicament isn't as much about the struggle as it is about drooling profusely into the bowl beneath her aching jaws. After hot opening scenes Rachel's gag is changed from the bit to a ring gag and it's shot in incredible close ups that give you great perspective of Rachel's misery, her face contorts from the ring that is now sitting behind her teeth and she watches in humiliation as her own saliva continues to fall into the bowl.
