The vid opens on a pair of tied hands twisting in that way we all love to see, as we pan back Natalie comes into full view and it's obvious she is in, especially from the enormous gag she was to accept, she knows she is here to be punished but that doesn't help her deal with what comes next. In a grueling scene the tied girl is put on her stomach and told to wriggle back until her knees hit the wall, it's brutally difficult and if she doesn't comply she'll be dragged back so she frantically tries to work her bound body where her captor wants and eventually she manages.
