Annabelle's now unwanted burglar fantasy continues to play out as the burglar, perfectly played by her step-father, comes over and says he has his loot and is going to hogtie his lovely step-daughter while he makes his getaway. Surely he's kidding she thinks, this has already gone way too far but true to his character her ropes the girl into a tight hogtie and simply leaves her in that hellish position.
