It's been a while since Rachel visited and I was going to make sure she paid a price for the long delay and as she sits naked on the floor her elbows have been severely tied behind her back but not her wrists which makes the position more devious than she thought. With her hands free they hang at her sides which puts more stress on her elbows which is something she never bargained for and it's scene after scene of Rachel trying to find some sort of relief but the longer she struggles the more she realizes she is in a world of trouble.
