The video opens on a pretty girl laying on her side, tied, gagged, blindfolded and just regaining consciousness. As the camera pans closer you can see the tape is wrapped completely around her head to hold the wad of cloth in her mouth and a thick collar around her neck has a chain attached to it holding the captive girl to the wall!
