Billy is especially cruel, he's the one who tied her elbows so tight and seems to be the ringleader and has gathered his siblings to gawk at their helpless babysitter as she squirms, struggles and writhes on the couch. Then it dawns on her...the little bastards have had lots of practice with previous sitters and she is just their latest victim and she cusses in frustration. That was a mistake because now Billy is walking towards her with some sort of ball thingy attached to a strap and the innocent booted babysitter asks what they are going to do with that contraption. Fade back in and we see those brats have brutally ballgagged their sitter, Billy pulled the strap so tight it compresses Bella's cheeks, pries her mouth painfully wide open and the ball sits chokingly deep in her mouth effectively gagging her! This is getting scary now she thinks, she truly is helpless at the hands of these cruel little creeps and they don't seem to understand how painful being bound like this is. Have they no empathy for her suffering? Don't they care she is hurting badly and that her hands are going numb? Apparently not because all they do is stare at her with blank eyes that show no remorse or fear of reprimand and Bella wonders what the hell they're going to do next!
