My patient Raquel is laying bound and gagged on my floor and is in a state of severe mental from being tied up but it's necessary if I'm to get to the root of her fear of being helplessly tied but she is NOT convinced of my methods. We've gone too far to stop now though so I tell my patient I'll be leaving her to deal with the bondage as I document her from another room on a monitor so she gets a true feeling of being helpless and alone and gracious does she lose her mind in a FRANTIC THRASHING PANIC that has her slamming her bound legs on the floor as she struggles! Raquel is also drooling and her eyes tell me of the terror she is enduring mentally so I decide to up the physical aspect of her and eventually I come back with more rope, drag my patient to her feet as she sobs and pleads through the slobbery gag! I drag Raquel's forearms together and rope them cruelly tight and I tell her she must experience the same agony her boyfriend has put her through so I can diagnose her panic but she doesn't care and sobs desperately as I bind her limbs. I put Raquel on the floor when my office phone rings, it's another patient wanting a session but I tell him I'm busy with Raquel's therapy but he can come by in a couple hours when I'm done. When she hears that I'll leave her tied for that long her she groans through the ball in her mouth and thrashes helplessly but I think we're making good progress and Raquel is simply going to have to let me do my job....which is to make her suffer as her boyfriend has and document her reactions. Whether she likes it or not!
