When he comes back he has rope at the ready, drags Rachel to her feet, gathers her wrists behind her back and holds them painfully tight while he wraps coils of rope around her slender wrists. The lithe beauty isn't happy about this and struggles as best she can but her older step-brother is strong and keeps her wrists captive until he finishes tying them before pushing her to the floor where he gets out another length of rope and starts roping her ankles. "I'm telling step-mom!" she blurts and her step-brother knows their parents will believe her if he tries to deny anything, she always got her way with them so he figures what the hell.....no reason to stop now and soon Rachel is bound hand and foot and seriously pissed!
