As I stand behind Ms. Morgan she opens her mouth to again plead with me and in that instant I PACK A RAG as deep in her mouth as I can and once I have it jammed all the way in it fills her mouth uncomfortably and then I use an elastic bandage to hold the wad in place and it's obvious this is stressing the poor girl terribly!
