Her boyfriend has been tying her extremely tight and it's causing Raquel to panic which is not normal so the only way I can diagnose her is to do the same and document her reactions and go from there but she is absolutely terrified and desperately begs me to stop as I tie her ankles and knees. I can tell my bound patient is near tears as she struggles helplessly on the floor, she is indeed in a state of panic but again I must continue to help. Her panic increases ten fold though when I leave her alone to deal with the rope, it's best to observe from another room but Raquel sobs she doesn't care and wants the session to end but we've come too far to stop now and her therapy continues. I ask Raquel what her boyfriend does when he's tied her to which she answers sometimes he just leaves her alone while other times he gropes her helpless body so...in the interest of medicine....I do the same but to a mild degree. After all she's already terrified beyond words and I don't want her to from fright. After some observation I question Raquel about the gags her boyfriend used to put in her mouth which were knotted scarves she said but since I don't have any I decide to use a ballgag and heavens does my tied up patient go crazy and begs desperately not to be gagged but it MUST be done I tell her and with that I strap the hard rubber ball cruelly deep....just as her boyfriend would and continue to document her reactions. Terrific story line with Raquel giving an Oscar winning performance!
