Lexi works for a home health care service and one of her clients is Mr. Johnson who she's been helping for the last several months and to date there's been no problem, he's been polite and happy to have someone checking on him every week but today things are about to change. Lexi takes a chair next to her patient and starts the process of checking his pulse and temp but for some reason Mr. Johnson tries to put his hand on her tan thigh not once, but several times, not aggressively but still it's inappropriate, Lexi calmly keeps putting his hand back in his lap and lets him know he isn't allowed to touch her that way. But the dirty old man has other ways to get his jollies, he asks Lexi to push the foot stool away and as she bends while pushing it he uses his cane to LIFT HER SKIRT and take a peek, to her credit the young health worker doesn't get angry, she just pushes his cane away, smooths her skirt and sits back down in her chair to continue her care. But Mr. Johnson isn't interested in that and instead asks Lexi if maybe she'll come over for dinner sometime but being the professional she is the pretty girl declines saying nurses are not allowed to interact with patients and that's when things take a very dark turn. He makes an odd request for Lexi to sit down on the floor near him and instantly he covers her mouth and nose, puts an arm around her neck and soon she succumbs to the attack and falls at his feet! After fading back in we see she has been tied up and as she groggily awakes Lexi is stunned that she's helplessly bound, Mr. Johnson walks behind the slowly waking girl and says he's tired of her teasing him, Lexi groggily refutes his claim but he isn't having it and clamps a hand back over her mouth, pulls her skirt higher exposing her gorgeous tan thighs and now Lexi realizes what a bad situation she's in, he yanks at her top and all the stunned health worker can do is resist as best she can and pray this is all just a cruel joke!
