Joey was just got in from work and Steve was there waiting for her. Steve had been in a bad mood because of the way she has been acting lately. He thinks that if he ties her up and punishes her she will start to be better. He binds her to the chair and gags her with the rope. He has fun with her and tease her to get free. Now he puts her to the challenge of either filling up the cup with drool or stay tied.
