A neighbor who watches Jada had been looking for a way to get he back for running over his cat. He gets her to come by thinking he'd forgiven her but shows her what he really wanted. She is surprised to know that he has not forgiven her and was a plot to get her alone. She sees the restraints there and tries to run. After he grabs her he puts her to the floor. He gets her shackled to a spreader bar, tied and mistreated.
