Rocky's step-father is waiting at home for her to return from her late night out. Pissed off because she disobeyed the time he said she needed to be back by, he tries to confront her but she completely ignores him and continues talking on her phone. When Rocky finally decides to get off her phone, he attempts to yell at her but she simply doesn't care what her loser step-dad have to say.
