Police officer Dark Angel has been put in charge of punishing a guy who has been harassing women. She has decided to involve the girl he has harassed and after asking her to identify him proceeds to kick him hard in the balls and grab and twist his balls to show the girl,Sarah Jane, how she intends to punish him.
