Olga's tenant hasn't paid his rent on time, a situation which she isn't going to let ride. She decides the best and most sensible course of action is for him to settle his debt immediately and in full, with a serious ballbusting attack. She kicks and crushes his balls and gives him some of the most powerful punches we have seen in a long time, until she is happy that his debt (as well as his scrotum!) is squashed.
