Gimpy has been summoned for his monthly motivational "chat" to keep him focused and hard working for me. Rebekah and Nikki have joined me to help with the motivation, which consists of a cold caning of 36 strokes - 12 from each of us - followed by 36 hard kicks in the nuts just to make sure!
