Nurse Sophia has little sympathy for Nadman's sore balls when he visits her pain clinic. It turns out, she isn't so interested in taking his pain away, but actually wants to add to it by kicking and crushing his balls. Sophia kicks so hard in her adidas trainers, and has her own special way of squeezing Nadman's nuts in her fingertips which looks like it almost bursts them!
