I chug a sparkling water in under two minutes, wanting to bloat my belly and make it round and full just how you like it! But I immediately regret it, my belly becomes so painfully bloated I can’t take it! I feel so full, I can’t stop burping and belching, even farting a little! I am so bloated and full of gas!
