You insult her weight which causes her to lose control and yells at you to shut up. The room goes quiet and you see this as the perfect opportunity to put her in her place. You confidently raise your finger at her, ready to give her hell. "Right, let me tell you..." you suddenly stop speaking as you feel a strange sensation build up at the tip of your finger. Your confident smirk drops as you notice that the tip of your finger is beginning to bulge and swell up. you slowly rotate your finger and try to process what is happening to you.
