Mistress Carmel is dressed as a secretary wearing a white blouse, black pencil skirt, flesh coloured pantyhose and black high heels. She traps her slave in a schoolgirl pin and then smothers him by sitting over his mouth and pinching his nostrils together for several seconds. She does allow him to breath occasionally so that he does not but only when she thinks he has gone without oxygen for long enough.
