Mistress Carmel is wearing a white blouse, black pencil skirt, black fishnet tights and black high heels. She has her slave laid prone on the floor and sits on his head facing his feet. Mistress Carmel then spends a few minutes whipping him with a leather belt which he cannot do anything about. Mistress Carmel then turns around and sits on her slaves head in a reverse schoolgirl pin. She removes one of her high heels and beats her slave all over his body and head with the high heel. Mistress Carmel shows no mercy and causes her slave to suffer throughout.
