This is the second part of the Hot Coffee triology. During this scene Ms. Merlowe is to cool off after literally losing her cool over not getting any coffee with her breakfast. The method of bringing down Ms. Merlowe's temperature involves tight duct-tape bondage while in a tub filling up with water.
