I drank 1.5 of 32oz gatorades and have to pee badly by the start but I decide to have a bubbly drink while I push the feeling of having to pee. by the end I am shaking and struggling to not pee on myself, I can do this, I tell myself. I eventually pee all over the floor and make a HUGE puddle
