Feeling guilty about my gluttoness meals I have been stuffing my belly with, I head to the gym to workout. Reminding myself that these meals are unhealthy and the cause of my morbid obesity, I stretch and excerise to work off the insane amount of calories I had eaten. The pounds were packing on and this is my attempt to make a positive healthy change. Who am I kidding though? Is this little effort going to really instill a long term change?
