I decided to get on the elliptical today and see how long I could go for--it wasn't long! The machine started creaking and moaning under my weight with my very first step and I was afraid it was going to break and leave me on my butt. My belly and thighs were jiggling and bouncing so bad that I had to slow way down to even continue! I don't know how people do this every day!!
